CTG is seeking a part time Communications Assistant tow work at their clients site in Baytown, TX 77520. This is a 6 month, part time (16-24 hours) a week contract position.

This person will assist the communications department in Baytown 16-24 hours a week on a weekly newsletter, writing and posting articles to the intranet and digital signage design and placement. In addition to these duties, this person may be asked to perform additional communication-related tasks as projects or workload dictates and could possibly include photography, event planning support, design support for presentations, writing for the site newsletter, compiling survey data and metrics and other communication-related job duties as needed.


Communication-related experience or college-related work is preferred.

Candidate should have good personal communication skills and have a professional demeanor.

Basic design skills are needed as well as proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Basic HTML knowledge is a plus.

Work days would generally be Mondays and then Fridays and/or Thursdays (we can be flexible on it). Current college seniors are eligible if the schedule is workable.

This position is compensated per hour on a W2 hourly basis (no C2C or 1099's).
