Email Marketing Campaign Specialist/Production Specialist
Computer Task Group (CTG) is seeking an Email Campaign Specialist for a 6 month W2 contract opportunity with the possibility of becoming a direct hire with our client. The position is located in Austin, Texas. Our customer is focused on driving business results through an industry leading digital marketing strategy and execution.
The ideal candidate should be a self-motivated, organized, detail oriented and have a willingness to problem solve. The candidate should possess demonstrated communication skills, both verbal and written. Candidate should be comfortable with editing HTML and processing Email Production Requests.
Produce bi-weekly newsletter (Some writing required - all content pulled from the blog and written by technical consultants)
Coordinate legal service updates with 150 service teams - must be able to work across departments, adhere to deadlines and be detail oriented
Email marketing experience
Automation and drip campaign experience
Load content into the platform in an organized way
Edit HTML code as needed
Help manage and drive process for requests and fulfillment
Clarify issues and missing items with the requesting marketers
Trouble shoot and escalate issues as needed
Base level HTML knowledge
Ability to trouble shoot
Experience with marketing platforms a plus
Experience with other Email Service Providers a plus
· Bachelors Degree
· 1-2 years experience with Email Service Providers
· Experience working with request processing/project management
· Graphic design abilities
