CTG is recruiting for a Certified Epic Orders Analyst for a Contract-to-Hire position in Phoenix, AZ. Analyst will be responsible for the continuing deployment and development of vendor proprietary hospital application software necessary to run business, clinical or financial systems within a large integrated hospital system.

Position is open to contractors who will travel to the client site on a weekly basis, but must be willing to relocate after 6 months as the position will then become permanent.


  • Orders Certification (required) and clinical license (RN or MD preferred) OR

  • Orders certification (required) and no clinical background but at least 2-years operational experience OR

  • Ambulatory or ClinDoc certification (required) and 2-years experience

  • Three (3) years of healthcare, consulting, or IT related experience

  • Understanding of standard tools, workflow processes, and/or procedures used in the development and deployment of healthcare application software (business, clinical and/or financial systems)

  • Ability to assess priorities and effectively manage time

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbally and in writing

  • Ability to prepare and conduct effective presentations
